Message from Char schaffer

Carol and Dave there are no words that can heal the feeling that one experiences with the loss of a parent, nonetheless, now both parents. It is a void that never goes away and sometimes feels like it gets bigger as time goes on. I would give anything to be able to come back for your mom's service and to be with you guys but I just can't get the time approved on such late notice. Know that the special place that Aunt Gert has held in my heart will never be forgotten. I'm so very glad that Sharon and I were able to spend an afternoon with her last May during our visit to Aberdeen. We will be back again in May to visit with you and Carol. God bless and know that she is with her family in heaven and at peace. 🙏🙏
