Keith Kenneth Meidinger was born August 2, 1973, in Ashley, ND, to Kenneth and Connie (Feil) Meidinger. He grew up in Long Lake, SD, and graduated from Leola High School in 1992.
Keith went on to live in Bismarck, ND, where he worked for Paradiso Mexican Restaurant as a line cook. He later moved to Aberdeen, SD, where he worked for the Millstone, Aberdeen Taxi, the Aberdeen American News, and most recently for 14+ years at Twin City Fan.
Keith enjoyed playing disc golf, watching Nascar, and fishing. He liked to build model cars and pull a prank on anyone. Keith loved his dogs, Roxie and Chase, dearly. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends in his free time.
At the age of two, he enjoyed playing with his brother all the time. Keith and Jay were inseparable. What one didn’t think of, the other did, whether it was good or bad they didn’t care. Going down the slide, swinging, riding bikes, then trying to ride their bikes to their grandma’s house in Ashley, North Dakota from Long Lake, South Dakota, a 30-mile trek. Unfortunately, they only barely made it to the state line. Keith loved to pull many different pranks on Mandee, he would take her for joyrides on his Yamaha and take her in his car and do 360’s.
Grateful for having shared Keith’s life are his mom, Connie Meidinger (Feil); two sisters Holly Hale and Mandee Meidinger; four nieces: Nai’a, Lydia, Hailey, and Alissa; one nephew Derik; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Keith was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Meidinger, and one brother, Jay Meidinger.
