Tim A. Schwabe

Tim A. Schwabe, 57, of Aberdeen, passed away Thursday, January 28, 2021, at Sanford Aberdeen Medical Center.

His memorial service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 1, 2021, at Arise Church, 1720 South Roosevelt, Aberdeen, with Pastor Joseph Hauer officiating.

Schriver’s Memorial Mortuary and Crematory, 414 5th Avenue NW, Aberdeen, is in charge of arrangements.

Tim A. Schwabe was born February 9, 1963, to Earnest G. and Joan M. (Worrell) Schwabe in Aberdeen.  This is the area where he was raised and attended public schools, graduating from Aberdeen Central High School with The Class of 1982.

Following graduation, Tim moved to Oklahoma for a short time before returning to Aberdeen, where he was employed with Hedahls Auto Parts for many years.  He was currently working at Moccasin Creek Casino at the time of his death.

In his spare time, Tim enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, and fishing.  He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Surviving Tim are his sons, Doug Schwabe (Cassi Vaughan) of Mitchell, SD and Sky Schwabe (Kira Cady) of Aberdeen; one daughter, Erika Schwabe of Aberdeen; one stepson, Shaun Jangula of Aberdeen; one step-daughter, Candi (Justin) Vink of Maurice, IA; eight grandchildren; and two brothers, Terry Schwabe of Aberdeen and Billy Schwabe of Meriden, CT.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Ernie and Johnny.
