Sarah “Sally” E. Squire, 89, of Aberdeen, SD, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023.
A Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at Aldersgate Church, Aberdeen, SD. Pastor Derek Baum will be officiating.
A private family burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. A time for fellowship and luncheon will follow the service at the church hall.

Sarah “Sally” E. Brown was born October 26,1934, to Fred and Juanita (Lau) Brown in Des Moines, Iowa. Sally attended The University of Colorado, where she met the love of her life, Ka Squire, Jr. They were married for 69 years. To their union three children were born Kip, Richard, and Susie.
Sally was most proud of her many years of volunteering and service in the community. She was a member of the Gray Ladies and P.E.O. Sally delivered Meals on Wheels for 37 years.
Sally and Ka enjoyed the cabin they built on Richmond Lake for 50 years. They spent many memorable years traveling around the United States and wintering in Florida. Sally and Ka held a special place in their hearts for the Black Hills and Key West.
Grateful for having shared Sally’s life is her husband, Ka P Squire, Jr; her children: Kip (Deb) of Omaha, NE, Richard (Pam) of Aberdeen, SD, Susie S. Flynn, Louden, TN; six grandchildren; two step- grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; one older brother Richard Brown and her twin brother Thomas Brown, both of Denver, CO.
Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Juanita, one daughter-in-law, Vicki Squire, one granddaughter, Megan Squire, and one great grandson, Jackson Arens.
