Ryan Lynn Stange, 35, of Aberdeen, SD, passed away on Friday, August 8, 2025.

Born in Aberdeen, SD, on May 16, 1990, Ryan lived life with a big heart, an adventurous spirit, and a deep love for the people and places that meant most to him.

Above all, he adored his little boy, Lucas, who was the light of his life. Whether it was a quiet afternoon with a fishing pole in hand or simply laughing together over the smallest things, Ryan cherished every moment with his son.

His friends and family will remember him as a carefree soul who found joy the simple pleasures, had a quick smile, and never hesitated to help those in need.

Ryan is survived by his beloved son, Lucas Stange; father Keith (Shelley) Stange; siblings, Tracie Benway, Gary (Kristy) Stange, Jessica Hormann, and Sarah Stange; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him deeply.
