Mark A. Geffre, 49, of Leola, SD, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015 at Aberdeen Health & Rehab.
Mark's wishes were to be cremated and requested no services.
Mark A. Geffre was born November 15, 1965 to Norbert and Joanne (Kornmann) Geffre in Aberdeen, SD. He was raised in Leola and graduated from Leola High School in 1984. He attended SDSU for two years and then moved to Loveland, CO. He attended CSU and graduated with a degree in business. Mark was employed with several banks as a mortgage broker. Later, he started his own mortgage broker business.
Mark was a true animal lover and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Mark is survived by his parents, Norbert and Joanne Geffre of Leola, SD, his sisters, Kathy Geffre and Susie (Bob) Faehn both of Watertown, SD, and Patty Geffre of Denver, CO, his brothers, John Geffre and Tom Geffre of Denver, CO, Larry (Rebecca) Geffre of Norman, OK, and Jerry (Vicki) Geffre of Leola, SD, many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.
