Marcy was united in marriage to Kenneth Gab on July 18, 1965, in Aberdeen.  The couple made their home in Aberdeen, where Marcy, in addition to being a wife and mother, worked in retail.  She was most recently employed with Walmart at the time of her death.    Marcy and Kenneth raised three children and shared 44 years of marriage before he passed away on October 26, 2009.  She continued to reside in Aberdeen until the time of her death.

In her spare time, Marcy enjoyed crocheting, painting, and working in her flower gardens.  She also enjoyed getting up early and going shopping.
