Lori Thomas

Lori Thomas, 60, of San Francisco, CA, formerly of Aberdeen, SD, passed away May 27, 2023, after battling cancer with her best friend, Gail Messina, by her side.

A Graveside Committal service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, June 16, 2023, at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.

Lori was born to Anton and Mary Thomas on April 23, 1963, in Aberdeen, where she grew up and at a young age left to live in California, where she did house painting, and later went to school to become a massage therapist. She opened her own shop and also helped homeless veterans.

She is survived by Sherry (Rob) Sperle of Billings, MT, Don (Ruth) Thomas of Aberdeen, SD, Mary Lou (Doug) Robinson, of Benton AK, and Daryl Thomas of Aberdeen, SD.

Lori was preceded in death by her parents; sister Angie; and brother, Jim.
