Hilda Delvo was born February 2, 1967 in Catbalogan, Philippines to Janito Delvo and Violeto Matilla. She moved to the United States in 1989. She was always such a hard worker, she would have rather struggled to make ends meet if it meant being able to help others. She and Gregory Cross were united into marriage on March 10, 2005 in Tennessee. Hilda's motto was always "live life and dance," she was always in good spirits because of her strong faith. Hilda would say, "Live your life with God." She was currently working on building a church in her home town back in the Philippines. Even with the cancer she was always in good spirits.
Grateful for having shared in her life is her husband, Gregory Cross of Aberdeen, her children; Alex Pierson of Aberdeen, SD; Ashley Cross of Ft. Pierre, FL; Amanda Pierson of Shelby Ville, TN; Andra Pierson of Aberdeen, SD; her grandchild; Lois Cashwell; her mother Violeto Matilla of the Philippines; her siblings; Milita Delvo, Leo Delvo, Rowena Delvo, Lito Delvo, Yolande Delvo, Lowia Delvo, Lidia Delvo, Sonia Delvo, Elvis Delvo, and Mary Grace Delvo.
Hilda was preceded into death by her father and brother Jeffery Delvo.
