Helen G. Larson, 88, of Aberdeen, died Thursday, September 10, 2015, at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 409 2nd Avenue NE, Aberdeen, Fr. Mark Axtmann as Celebrant.
Helen’s wishes were to be cremated with a private family burial at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery.
Arrangements are with Schriver’s Memorial Mortuary & Crematory, 414 5th Avenue NW, Aberdeen.
Helen was born July 20, 1927 to Otto and Annie (Daly) Larson in Aberdeen, SD. She attended and graduated school in Aberdeen. Following graduation she worked at Avera St. Luke’s Hospital in the laboratory as a laboratory technician for 40 years until her retirement.
Helen was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
Helen is preceded into death by her parents, Otto and Annie Larson; and her siblings: Don Larson, Bob Larson, and Virginia Westcott.
Grateful for having shared in Helen’s life is her niece, Linda (Tom) Hernandez of Kansas City, MO, and one sister, Mary Arness.
