Gwendolin Jane Moore, 76, Forbes, ND, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017, at the Prince of Peace Care Center in Ellendale, ND.
Her memorial service will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2017, at the Presbyterian United Methodist Church in Ellendale.
There will be no visitation prior to the service.
Burial will take place at the Ellendale City Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Minnesota-North Dakota Alzheimer’s Association.
