David M. Eckrich, 75, of Aberdeen, SD, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Sanford USD Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD.

Funeral Service is 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Schriver’s Memorial Mortuary with Fr. Andrew Dickinson officiating.

Visitation is one hour before the service at the mortuary.

Burial is at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery, Aberdeen.

David M. Eckrich was born October 29, 1945 to Jerome A. Sr. and Catherine (Lemaster) Eckrich in Aberdeen, SD.

David enjoyed much of his youth with his parents at their cabin on Lake Vermillion in Minnesota. David especially like going on boat rides around the lake.  David also like going flying with his father.

Grateful for having shared David’s life are his sister, Pricilla Kraft of Aberdeen, sister-in-law, Helen Eckrich, and many nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dr. Jerome Eckrich, Jr..
