Alex Michael Prissel, 20, of Pierre, SD, formerly of Aberdeen, SD, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014.
His memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at New Life Fellowship Church, 619 8th Avenue NW, Aberdeen, with Pastor Mark Zimmerman officiating. A luncheon and time of fellowship will follow the service at the church hall.

Alex Michael Prissel was born on June 29, 1994, at Aberdeen, SD, to Robb Prissel and Jennifer Swisher. He attended public school in Aberdeen and later moved to Pierre, SD, where he graduated from high school. Following graduation, Alex became employed at the Ramkota in Pierre.
Alex loved spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, and wakeboarding. He also enjoyed sports and was a very talented woodworker.
Grateful to have shared his life are his mother, Jennifer Swisher of Ft. Pierre, SD; his father and stepmother, Robb and Angela Prissel of Aberdeen; one brother, Dillon Prissel of Aberdeen; three sisters, Paige Prissel and Paris Prissel, both of Aberdeen and Savannah Swisher of Ft. Pierre, SD; paternal grandfather, Wilfred Prissel of Sturgis, SD; paternal grandmother, Sandra Prissel of Aberdeen; maternal grandparents, Bill and Barb Swisher of Ft. Pierre, SD; and step-grandparents, Thomas and Marcia Gohn of Bath, SD.
