Agnes Belle Littrell, 96, of Aberdeen, SD, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014, at Bethesda Home of Aberdeen.
Her wishes were to be cremated with no formal services being held. Interment will take place at Roselawn Cemetery - Mausoleum in McAllen, Texas.

Agnes B. Hagerty was born on March 14, 1918, in Lake County, Indiana, to Albert Russell and Cora (Edwards) Hagerty. She was raised and attended school in Indiana and graduated from Valparaiso High School in Valparaiso, IN.
Agnes was united in marriage to John "Jack" Harold Littrell on September 25, 1937. The couple resided in Indiana, Aurora, Illinois, and Minneapolis, Minnesota before moving to Texas in 1972, where they lived for 28 years. While in Texas, Agnes was employed as the manager of Space Saver Storage Locker Rentals in San Antonio for eight years before retiring on May 30, 1985. Agnes and Jack shared almost 52 years of marriage before he passed away on August 2, 1989. In 2000, Agnes moved to South Dakota to be closer to family and continued to reside there until the time of her death.
Grateful to have shared in Agnes' life is her son, Larry (Marilyn) Littrell of Warner, SD; two granddaughters, Kathy (Fred) Marnette of Warner, SD and Sue Ann Littrell of Egan, MN; four great-granddaughters: Leah, Kelsey, and Kacy Marnette and Stephanie Sierzega; two great great-granddaughters: Kayleigh and Kinley Haaland; one great great-grandson, Avery Haaland; and several nieces and nephews.
Agnes is preceded in death by her husband; parents; two brothers: Delbert and Chester; and one sister, Viola.
