Shane Michael Nutter was born on November 26, 1985, in Aberdeen, SD, to Michael Nutter and Shelley (Pulling) Nutter Brown.  He attended Aberdeen public schools and received his diploma in 2004 from Aberdeen Central High School.

Shane moved to Mesa, AZ in 2012.  He worked for CyberSound, Wolfe Wood Working, Scottsdale Art Factory, and Desert Sound before becoming employed with Office & Technology, where he was currently working at the time of his death.

Shane had a personal and unique relationship with all who knew him.  His charismatic nature drew people to him and he had a true love for life and people.  Everyone knew Shane for his crazy antics and sense of humor. Along with his family and friends, he enjoyed going to music festivals; camping and fishing with his parents, siblings and nieces; and hunting with his grandfather, uncles, and cousins. Shane loved to travel and had visited 49 states. A highlight in Shane’s life was traveling to Ireland, and volunteering in his community with his soul mate, Amanda Stadel.  He was compassionate, hard working, non-judgmental, witty, caring, and always willing to help others.  Shane loved his home in Arizona and enjoyed fixing it up.  He was a master at his own DIY projects.  Shane will continue to live on in our memories.

Those who loved Shane so much include his mother: Shelley Nutter (Craig Brown); his father: Michael Nutter; his soul mate, Amanda Stadel; his nieces: Jadyn Brandon and Allana Johnson; his step-brother, Tyler (Karly) Brown and their daughter, Riley; his grandmother, Naomi Pulling; his grandfather, Roger Nutter Sr.; his aunt, Lori Pulling; his uncles: Craig (Noreen) Pulling, Brent (Michelle) Pulling, and Roger Nutter Jr.; cousins: Nicole (Ryan) Mikota and their daughters, Elyse and Abbey, Kalli (Garry Lee) Pulling, Eric (Sarah) Pulling and their children, Stella and Graham, Christina (Josh) Shilman and their son, Finley, Jeremy (Rachel) Pulling, Ian Pulling, Kim Nutter and Cindy Nutter; and many other family and friends.

Shane’s sister, Brianne Nutter; grandfather, Merlin Pulling; and grandmother, Thelma Nutter preceded him in death.  Too soon after the loss of Shane, was also the loss of his step-brother, Jeremy Brown.
