Jeremy Neil Brown was born November 27, 1979, to Craig Brown and Erin (Cavanaugh) Brown Hagen in Aberdeen, SD.  Jeremy lived and attended school in Aberdeen, graduating from Aberdeen Central High School with the Class of 1998.

Following graduation, Jeremy moved to Colorado where he was employed with Ronald Kimmey Construction.  He later returned to Aberdeen and worked for various companies in the construction industry.  He was currently employed with Office and Technology, based out of Bismarck, ND, installing digital movie projectors in theaters across the United States with his step-brother, Shane Nutter. This job opportunity blessed him with an incredible experience to see the ocean for the first time.

Jeremy enjoyed many things in his life including hiking, biking, camping, hunting, fishing, traveling, disc golf, music, art, woodworking, tubing, rock climbing, and the mountains.  The list is endless.  Jeremy was a perfectionist and hard worker, which showed in all of the hand-made projects he made.

Most importantly, Jeremy adored and loved his daughter Olivia.  His family and friends were very dear to him and he loved spending time with them. He was funny, witty, loving, and kind.  There was never a dull moment with Jeremy around.

Jeremy is survived and loved by his daughter, Olivia Geier and her mother, Laurie Geier, and her sons, Drew and Isaac Geier of Aberdeen; his father and step-mother, Craig Brown and Shelley Nutter of Aberdeen; his mother and step-father Robin and Erin Hagen of Mina, SD; his brother, Tyler (Karly) Brown and their daughter, Riley, of Rapid City, SD; his stepbrother, Eric (Linda Samboeut) Hagen and their daughter, Sophie, of Sioux Falls, SD; his step-sister, Heidi (Cole Lemke) of Aberdeen; his step-brother, Daniel (Lily) Hagen, and their children, Josiah and Emelie' Hagen of Studio City, CA;  his step-nieces, Jadyn Brandon and Allana Johnson, of Aberdeen; and his step-paternal grandmother, Peggy Brown, of Fargo, ND.  Jeremy is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, “moms”, and numerous best friends.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Norman and Joan Brown; his maternal grandparents, Vernie Jr. and Amy Cavanaugh; his step-sister, Brianne Nutter; and step-brother, Shane Nutter.

Our families would like to thank everyone for their outpouring

of love, support, and prayers during this difficult time.

Jeremy's tender, sweet, soul will be forever missed and cherished.
