Sally Ann Losacker

Liturgical wake service for Sally Ann Losacker, 52, Mina Lake, will be at 6:00pm Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Schriver's Memorial Mortuary & Crematory, 414 5th Ave. NW with Father Jeff Norfolk from St. Mary's Catholic Church officiating.  Visitation will be from 4-6pm Tuesday at Schriver's Memorial Mortuary & Crematory.  Burial will be at Riverside Memorial Park, Aberdeen, SD, at a later date.

Sally passed away Wednesday February 2, 2011 at her home.

Sally Ann Losacker was born March 20, 1958 to Charles Jr. and Agnes M. (Reinbold) Losacker in Aberdeen, SD.  She moved to Mina Lake, SD during her childhood and lived there all her life.  She graduated from Aberdeen Central High School and worked at Godfathers Pizza and Avera St. Luke's Hospital as well as helping at the family meat locker, Losacker Market and Lockers.  Sally then cared or her parents. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and crafts.

She was a member of the Aberdeen Aqua Addicts Water Ski Team.  She loved being a part of the ski team, as a board member and taking care of the costumes.  She had a very big heart and volunteered in every aspect she could with no recognition wanted in return, whether she helped the ski team, nursing home (where Agnes resided), or for any activities the Thorson family was involved with.

Grateful to have shared in Sally's life are the Todd & Crystal Thorson Family of Mina Lake, SD and the members of the Aberdeen Aqua Addicts Water Ski Team.

Preceding Sally in death are her parents.
