Sheryl Ann Biegler was born July 31, 1947 to Joseph Thomas Sr. and Virginia (Tuthill) Biegler at Aberdeen where she was raised. She attended and graduated from Northern State College with a Major in Elementary Education.
Sheryl married Tom Fischbach on August 18, 1970. They were partners in life for over forty years, and were blessed with three children, Greg (Julie) Fischbach of Warner, Chad (Kami) Fischbach of Warner and Anne Marie Fischbach of New Orleans, LA. She was wholeheartedly devoted to four highly loved grandchildren; Ashley, Keeley, Benjamin and Noah, who were her most important treasures.
Sheryl was a teacher in the Aberdeen School District for nineteen years. She taught kindergarten at Henry Neil until the school closed, and then first grade at O.M. Tiffany until she retired last May to focus on her health. She loved teaching and never considered it a job. She considered it an honor to be able to form and educate the young children. She always said that when you meet people with kids at their side, you should always speak to the kids as well, to let them know they are important.
Surviving Sheryl are her husband, children and grandchildren, one sister, Jolynn Zeller of Aberdeen, one brother, Tom (Karolynn) Biegler and many nieces and nephews.
Sheryl was preceded in death by her parents.
