Larry D. Reinbold, 61, of Aberdeen, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017, at Avera St. Luke’s Hospital in Aberdeen.

His funeral service will be 10:30 a.m., Friday, December 8, 2017, at Schriver’s Memorial Mortuary & Crematory, 414 5th Avenue NW, Aberdeen, with Father Michael Griffin officiating.

Burial will take place at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Aberdeen.  A luncheon and time of fellowship follow at Schriver’s Memorial Fellowship Center.   

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday, at the mortuary with a public prayer service and rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m.  Visitation continues one hour prior to the service on Friday.

Larry Dean Reinbold was born July 17, 1956, to Lawrence and Violet (Geiszler) Reinbold in Aberdeen, SD.  This is the area where he was raised and attended school.  

After graduating from Aberdeen Central High School, Larry began what would become a 35-year career with 3M.  While employed there, he was an active member of 3M’s Emergency Club.

Larry was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing.  He also enjoyed dancing and was a member of a dance club.  Larry loved animals, especially his dogs, which held a special place in his life and his heart.  

Grateful to have shared in Larry’s life are his sisters:  Jackie (Richard) Rouleau of Mina, SD, Deborah Ann Pomrenke of Phoenix, AZ and Pam (Jerome) Varilek of Yankton, SD; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be:  Paul Eaton, Steve McBurney, Gordy Wanttie and Jim Brink.
